OUR PURPOSE
Why we started Riviera
Physicians dedicate years of their lives to mastering medicine.
The work is demanding, precise, and deeply personal. Patients trust you with decisions that matter. That responsibility deserves your full attention. But running a modern elective practice increasingly requires managing something very different: a complex set of systems that handle patient inquiries, follow-up, scheduling, marketing, and communication.
Most practices were never given infrastructure designed for this. Calls live in one system. Website inquiries in another. Text conversations on a phone at the front desk. Patient notes inside the EMR. Reporting shows up in spreadsheets or emailed PDFs. Each tool captures a piece of the patient journey. None show the full picture.
Over time, this creates uncertainty. A patient inquiry might arrive during a busy clinic day. Follow-up may depend on someone remembering to return to it later. Insights about what is actually driving growth remain difficult to see.
Across conversations with physicians and patient care coordinators, we saw the same pattern again and again: the demand is there, but the systems managing it are fragmented.
We believed the front office should run on a system you can trust. Riviera was built to unify the operational side of a practice into one place. Every call, text, form, and consultation becomes part of a single, coherent view of the patient journey. Follow-up happens automatically, and the next action is always clear.
The goal is simple.
Give physicians confidence that nothing important is being missed, so they can focus on what they trained for: delivering exceptional care and building practices that last.

WHO ARE WE?
Built by operators who spent
decades running revenue systems
Built by operators
who spent
decades running
revenue systems
The Riviera founding team has worked together for more than a decade building software and operating revenue teams inside high-growth technology companies.
Collectively we have spent years using CRM systems daily, managing sales pipelines, hiring and leading operational teams, and building products that sit at the center of revenue workflows.
Those experiences exposed the same pattern repeatedly: fragmented tools, incomplete data, and systems that depend on human coordination to function.
Riviera is our attempt to replace that model with a system that actually takes responsibility for the work.
